Requirements for manuscripts for publication in the journal "BIO Web of Conferences", indexed by Web of Science:

Articles are accepted until October 20.

Article template

Scientific articles that correspond to the specialization of the conference and have scientific novelty are accepted for publication. It is not allowed to send to the organizing committee already published articles or articles sent for publication in other publications.

Together with the article, the REGISTRATION FORM is sent to the Organizing Committee.

Article structure

The following sections should be highlighted:

1. Introduction;
2. Materials and Methods;
3. Results and Discussion;
4. Conclusion;
5. Acknowledgements (optional).

The above sections are mandatory. Within these sections, subparagraphs can be highlighted and named at the discretion of the authors.

The results presented in the article should be formulated in the form of scientific provisions that clearly define the essence of the contribution to science.

The procedure for accepting materials for publication

Before sending an article for translation, you need to send the original material in Russian to the organizing committee. We strongly recommend that you do not translate the article until the end of the review procedure, since in most cases, after it, adjustments are made to the work.

Articles work in the following way:

1. Registering an Article
2. Check for uniqueness (originality)
3. Review
4. Conclusion of the registration fee agreement
5. Sending a confirmation of acceptance of the article for publication

A message is sent to the correspondent author when the status of an article changes. A positive result of the check for uniqueness (anti-plagiarism) is received by articles with originality of 75% or more. When reviewing, the compliance of the article with the requirements for publication and the subject of the conference, the relevance of the research are assessed.

Articles are published in English only. The article should be written in a language understandable to a specialist in the relevant field. Compliance of the English translation with the requirements is carried out by native speakers and professional translators.

Scientific articles (reports) should contain:

• title;
• information about the authors (surname with initials; place of work, city, country; email address);
• abstract in the amount of 100 to 150 words;
• reference list (minimum – 8 references in addition to self-citations, references to Scopus, Web of Science publications are required).

Links to the sources used should be in the order they are mentioned in the text in the format [1], [2-6], [3, 5, 7]. Do not link to unpublished articles. Please provide links to Russian-language articles (journals) that have a translated title immediately in English.

After review, the article is sent for translation. The authors format the translated article independently in accordance with the TEMPLATE.

Article size: 5-6 full pages (font size 10 pt, single spacing).

The number of articles an author can publish in the – no more than two.

Number of authors per article – no more than five.

Amount of registration fee – 13 000 rubles (for 1 article in the conference proceedings).

Translation service (if needed) – 650 rubles for 1 conditional page (1800 characters with spaces).

Editing service (if necessary) - 2000 rubles for 1 article (if you cannot arrange an article according to the template requirements, you can apply for this service).

The registration fee must be paid only after the conclusion of the contract for the organization of publication. Please note that if the registration fee is not received by the due date, your report will not be published.

Dear colleagues, we urge you to make sure that all materials (articles) that you send to the organizing committee of the conference have not been previously published in any publications (including in Russian ).
